Festival of Trees & Light
Presented by the Everson Members’ Council.
December 4–19, 2021
More to See, More to Do, More to Buy
Mark your calendar for the 2021 Festival of Trees & Light! This year’s event, expanded to three weeks, will include performances, films, and art-making activities for all ages, as well as a stunning display of large, beautifully decorated trees. New this year, the Festival will include a Holiday Market Place, featuring artist-made wares and locally sourced products to meet all your gift-giving needs. Enjoy refreshments throughout the Festival.
This year’s seasonal display will offer more artful wreaths, exquisitely decorated petite trees plus other table-top décor, and festive wall art. For customer convenience, both seasonal items and Holiday Marketplace wares will be yours to take home on the day of purchase. That means that every visit to the Festival will offer new visual delights, as new items are introduced!
The Everson is also a special venue for holiday entertaining. Consider hosting your next event at the Museum during the incomparable Festival of Trees & Light!

Be an FOTL Contributor!
We welcome your creations! Wreaths, seasonal table top displays, menorah’s, decorated “petite” trees (3’ or smaller), and seasonally themed wall hangings. These items will be sold on a “cash & carry basis,” so be sure to stop by and shop!
Mid-sized trees, decorated or not, will be gratefully accepted and will help create a “Winter Wonderland” in the Danial Family Education Center, and also be available for sale.
Additionally, the Everson is seeking donations of large (7’ or larger) artificial trees with fully operating lights. If you’re interested in joining a decorating team for a large tree, please let us know that too!

Celebrated composer, conductor, and violinist David Fulmer has curated an afternoon of works inspired by, and composed alongside the visual sculptures and works in AbStranded. Fulmer will take the audience on a physical tour of the Museum – having the audience follow him as he performs each work in front of a different work of art.
These events are child/student-friendly, and will include a pre-concert and post-concert discussion about the exhibit and the musical presentation. These concerts will take place throughout the building in informal format. Gallery stools available on a first come first served basis.
