The Vibe
A kickoff to summer rooted in movement, art, and connection. Set outside the Everson Museum of Art on the Community Plaza, this day brings together studios from across Syracuse for something bigger than any one space. It’s open, welcoming, and grounded in the energy of our local yoga community.
The Practice
A full day of 20–30 minute sessions led by studios across Syracuse, each offering their own style and perspective. From grounding meditation to energizing flow, the day is designed for you to drop in, explore, and move at your own pace.
Practice Lineup:
10:00 am – Welcome Meditation with Sky Yoga Studios
10:30 am – Opening Dynamic Flow with Sky Yoga Studios
11:30 am – with Ananda Yoga & Wellness
12:30 pm – with Blue Moon Apothecary
1:30 pm – with Hot Yoga Syracuse
2:30 pm – with Syracuse Yoga Collective
3:30 pm – Yin Yoga with Glow Yoga + Juice

The Community
This is a donation-based event benefiting the Everson Museum of Art, with local vendors on site throughout the day. It’s a space to connect, support local businesses, and be part of something collective. All are welcome.
