As one of the 20th century’s architectural masterpieces, the Everson provides a dramatic and sophisticated backdrop for any special event. Guests have the option of utilizing several multi-use, art- lled spaces and have opportunities for tours and special experiences. The Everson is conveniently located in downtown Syracuse, adjacent from the Oncenter and War Memorial with easy access to The Marriott Hotel and Syracuse University.

Pricing is customized based on size and time of event, space used, set up and security needs. Discounts are available to Members and non-profit organizations.

Conferences and corporate retreats can be reimagined! With inspiration in every direction, the Everson provides your team with a dynamic space to think creatively and work collaboratively. Our 300-seat auditorium offers space that is often unavailable in an office setting, and is ideal for presentations, seminars, and films. And for team-building, consider adding a guided tour of the galleries or an art-making class to your event!

The Everson Museum of Art has a farm-and-kiln-to-table café—the only one of its kind. It offers a unique culinary and arts experience, allowing guests to enjoy cuisine on functional ceramic art. Each piece in the café is the creation of some of the most talented ceramic artists in the world! Museum Spaces

Sculpture Court (Accommodates
up to 200 people, $1,500+)

Center your event around I.M Pei’s iconic design with its famous spiral staircase. This breathtaking two story, open space highlights the Museum’s architecture and is perfect for parties, weddings, and large gatherings.

Hosmer Auditorium (Accommodates
up to 300 people, $400+)

The newly renovated Hosmer Auditorium provides a modern, state-of-the-art presentation space. With a new 8,000 lumen projector and audio system, it is perfect for presentations, lectures, film screenings, and musical performances. The 44’ x 19’ sprung floor stage also makes it an ideal venue for dance and theatrical performances.

Danial Family Education Center
(Accommodates up to 120 people, $500+)

This 3,000 square foot flexible space is perfect for a workshop or team building activity. Bring your creativity and easily transform the space into the perfect reception, dinner, or dance venue.

Main Entrance Podium (Accommodates up to 150 people, $500+)

A main event on the Entrance Podium provides a unique architectural setting for your event. Weather not guaranteed- we always provide an indoor contingency plan!

Green Room (Accommodates up to 80 people, $300+)

The Green Room features key artworks from the Museum’s collection. This inspiring room is ideal for small meetings, presentations, and staff retreats.

Mather Court (Accommodates up to 60 people, $200+)

An open interior courtyard adjacent to the Everson Library, Mather Court makes a statement for meetings, dinners, or classes.
