As one of the 20th century’s architectural masterpieces, the Everson Museum of Art in downtown Syracuse provides a dramatic and sophisticated backdrop for any special event. Guests have the option of utilizing several multi-use, art-filled spaces and have opportunities for tours and special experiences. The Everson is conveniently located in downtown Syracuse, adjacent from the Oncenter and War Memorial with easy access to The Marriott Hotel and Syracuse University.

Conferences and Corporate Retreats
Conferences and corporate retreats can be reimagined! With inspiration in every direction, the Everson provides your team with a dynamic space to think creatively and work collaboratively. Our 300-seat auditorium offers space that is often unavailable in an office setting, and is ideal for presentations, seminars, and films. And for team-building, consider adding a docent-led tour of the galleries to your event!
Weddings
Weddings at the Everson deliver all of the elegance, beauty, and distinction one could hope for on their special day. Your guests will be treated to a memorable experience that celebrates world-class art in our iconic I.M. Pei-designed building. Plus, the Everson provides an incredible backdrop for high-style wedding photography.
Special Events
Make someone feel special by celebrating a birthday, anniversary, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, or celebration of life in a setting that your loved ones will never forget. The Everson will work with you to tailor our offerings to the size, tastes, and needs of your group and ensure that you can focus on enjoying your guests and making memories.
Entire Museum
Up to 350 guests | $5,000
Guests will be treated to the full Everson experience by having access to all areas of the Museum: gallery spaces, Hosmer Auditorium, the Danial Family Education Center, Mather Court, and the Library. Marsellus Court is also available, weather-dependent.

Sculpture Court
Up to 150 guests | $2,000
Center your event around I.M. Pei’s iconic design with its famous spiral staircase. This breathtaking two-story, open space highlights the Museum’s architecture and is perfect for any celebration.
Hosmer Auditorium
Up to 300 guests | $1,500 full day | $800 half day
The newly renovated Hosmer Auditorium provides a modern, state-of-the-art performance space. With an 8,000 lumen projector and audio system, and 44’ x 19’ sprung floor stage, the auditorium is a perfect space for performances, presentations, and events.
Danial Family Education Center
Up to 125 guests | $1,500 full day | $800 half day
Half Center: $900 full day | $500 half day
This 3,000-square-foot flexible space is perfect for an art workshop or team building activity. You can even transform this space into the perfect reception, dinner, birthday party, or dance venue with a little creativity! Discounted rates for using half of the Center are available.
Main Entrance Podium
Up to 150 people | $500
Host an intimate outdoor event in this unique architectural setting.
Green Room
Up to 80 guests | $1,000 full day | $600 half day
Adjacent to Hosmer Auditorium and the Danial Family Education Center, the Green Room often features community exhibitions. This inspiring room is ideal for small meetings and receptions, and can function as a lobby space for Auditorium events.
Mather Court & Library
Up to 40 people | $1,000 full day | $600 half day
An open interior courtyard, Mather Court and the adjacent library are ideal for smaller meetings, receptions, or showers.
