A New System For Members

The Everson is upgrading the platform we use to manage memberships, donations, and event registrations. The switch happens Tuesday, June 16, 2026, and it means faster service, better communication, and a smoother experience every time you visit or renew.

Login Email

Not sure you have the right email? The email address that received this notice is the one we have on file. Please contact us if you would like to update it. Your new digital membership card and renewal notices will be sent to the email address we have on file.

Brief Website Downtime

Our website will be temporarily unavailable on Tuesday, June 16, while we make the switch. We expect to be back online the same day. Thank you for your patience.

What to Expect After the Switch

  • Digital membership cards. Every current member will receive an electronic membership card by email. Please save it to your phone or add it to your digital wallet. Physical cards will no longer be scanned at entry.
  • Renewal letters arrive by email. Renewal reminders are now sent automatically.
  • Renew online or at the front desk. If you need other payment options, please contact us!
  • Same login. Sign in to the new system with the email you’ve always used.

FAQs

Current Member Cards

Current members will be emailed an electronic membership card that can be saved on their phone or added to their digital wallet. Please make sure your account email addresses are up to date.

Membership Renewals

Membership renewal letters will now be automatically emailed.

New and renewing memberships will be available online or at the front desk. To mail a check, please call to confirm.

Logging into the system

Members can log in to the new system using their previous email login details.

Membership Cards

Old membership cards can no longer be scanned upon entry.
