Need a break from the gray winter weather?

Explore the joy of color and get your squiggle on! Join us for snacks, beverages, and fun music while artist August Sable leads a playful painting activity.

All students will learn how to create a color palette, mix their own colors, and make fun art with ease. You will walk away with your very own abstract painting, some basic color theory techniques, and maybe even a few new friends!  

Open to folks with any experience level—this class is reserved as a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community to connect and create together. 

Artist Bio:  

August Sable is a proud multi-media artist based in Central New York focused on community work, education, and fostering creativity. His color theory shines in the abstract paintings produced in his home studio using sustainable practices.

When he is not making, he is out encouraging others to make through art classes & events designed to cultivate connections and break down barriers preventing accessible art education.
