Everson Museum of Art Named 2025 Economic Champion

The Everson Museum of Art is proud to announce that it has been named one of CenterState CEO’s 2025 Economic Champions!

Each year, Economic Champions celebrates businesses and organizations for significant milestones, such as adding employees, starting a new business, expanding operations, or making capital expenditures and improvements due to growth, launching or engaging in DEI efforts, and receiving state or national recognition for company accomplishments or other pivotal achievements. The companies and organizations selected among the Everson will be recognized for their accomplishments at the Oncenter on October 29, 2025.

The Everson incorporates DEI principles into its programming and community engagement efforts by ensuring that Museum events are open and accessible to everyone. This means we provide free or discounted admission for underserved communities, showcase performances and activities that celebrate the rich diversity of Central New York, and team up with community groups to invite more people to join in the fun.

More than a cultural institution, the Everson is an economic engine for the region. We attract visitors across New York State and beyond, generating revenue for local businesses and strengthening Syracuse’s downtown economy.
