What Do We Offer?

The Everson gives students and community members the opportunity to enjoy, learn and connect with art through a variety of docent-led tours. Tours can be tailored to align with the interests of your group, and can explore the Everson and its architecture, the Museum’s permanent collection, and special exhibitions.

Tours can also be paired with hour-long art-making activities for an additional fee. Art-making activities can align with exhibitions on view or explore specific mediums. Available art-making mediums include painting, drawing, print-making, collage, sculpture, fiber arts, and ceramics. Art-making activities can also be offered without a tour portion.

How Much Does it Cost?

Tour experiences cost $200 and last 1 hour. Programs can accommodate up to 25 people. For every additional 25 people, an additional $50 flat-fee will be assessed. 60 participants is the maximum number of people we can accommodate at one time. Programs in 2026 booked prior to January 1st will have 2025 rates honored.

Art-making experiences cost $8 per participant for non-ceramics activities, and last 1 hour. Ceramics activities cost $10 per participant, and last up to 1.5 hours. Art-making experiences can be added onto tour experiences, or booked separately.

The Education Center is available Wednesday through Friday on a limited basis for school/community groups wishing to have lunch at the Museum in conjunction with their tour experience. A lunch reservation add-on costs $100 per hour and can accommodate up to 60 people. Requests should be made at the time of tour program booking.

How to Arrange a Visit?

Tours and art-activities are available Wednesday through Friday beginning at 10:00am. Please note that all programs are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please send in Tour Request Form at least four weeks in advance of the requested program date so that we may accommodate your needs.

Self-Guided Groups

Self-guided group visits are available for pre-scheduling during Museum open hours. All school/community groups larger than 10 must submit a self-guided group visit request for pre-approval. School/community groups of 10 or more are able to access a group visit rate of $100 for 10 – 25 people. All self-guided school/community groups will receive a brief orientation upon arrival to ensure compliance with Museum policies and support a positive experience for all. Please request self-guided group visits 4 weeks in advance of your desired visit date. To request a self-guided visit, please submit the form below. Any non-school/community groups looking to attend the museum for a self-guided experience will pay through regular admission fees.
