Join us February 19 for a fun evening for all ages! Taught by Chris Spencer, Catering Manager of the Everson’s soon-to-open café Louise and Co-owner of Buried Acorn Brewing, Crystal Shore, this class includes a brief history of pasta, along with prep, rolling, cutting, and even some pasta sampling! Attendees will make their own cavatelli pasta to bring home.
