Artist Dale Chihuly is probably the most famous glassblower working today, making spectacular color-saturated sculptures since the late 1960s.
Join artist and Everson Docent Deborah Walsh for a fun and creative evening making ceramic bowls inspired by Chihuly’s iconic Macchia Series! Using a variety of clay building techniques, each participant will create a unique bowl.
No previous clay experience is necessary. All materials are included, and light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
Note: The pieces created on the day of the workshop will be fired at a later date, and participants will receive an email when they are ready for pick up. Must be 21 to attend.
